Description
The Hurricane, formerly known as the Xtream, is a 4x4 all-purpose, 10-23 ton class, medium-heavyweight armored vehicle designed to deliver extreme terrain mobility and urban maneuverability with unique rear steering in support of special operation forces. The vehicle is available in 9- (light), 16-ton (medium) and 23-ton (heavy) versions carrying up to 13 passengers with STANAG 3, 4 and anti-rocket propelled grenade (RPG) as well as Improvised explosive device (IED) protection. The Hurricane was developed to meet the requirements for a Mine Resistant, Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle.
