Sirius Compact R-ESM Swedish Lightweight Radar-Electronic Support Measures (R-ESM) Sensor
Sirius Compact R-ESM

The Sirius Compact R-ESM is a Swedish Lightweight Radar-Electronic Support Measures (R-ESM) sensor designed for rapid deployment and integration into a network to support tactical operations. Its autonomous operation allows for the assimilation and compilation of intelligence information without storing sensitive data within the sensor. This compact sensor enhances tactical Electronic Warfare at all operational levels, increasing confidence in situational awareness for decision-making. It is a modular and scalable solution that addresses surveillance challenges across various tactical operations. By silently detecting, classifying, and prioritizing radar and datalink emissions, the Sirius Compact broadens the sensing horizon and significantly improves situational awareness. In addition, it provides crucial information to bolster early warning capabilities and helps locate threats while remaining undetected. Thanks to its low Size, Weight, and Power (SWAP) characteristics, the Sirius Compact R-ESM offers rapid deployment for all Electronic Warfare operations, delivering passive sensing capabilities across various tactical levels. This lightweight sensor can be installed on a wide range of platforms, including drones, vehicles, vessels, masts, or as a man-portable system. Agile deployment requires sensors that can be easily concealed. The Sirius Compact R-ESM can function as a stand-alone unit or as part of a network with multiple sensors. By utilizing our own platform movement or interfacing with several sensors, such as a swarm of drones, it is possible to triangulate the exact position of a signal. It can provide early warning capabilities, supporting Ground-Based Air Defense (GBAD) with accurate target information. Designed for autonomous operation, the Sirius Compact R-ESM enables the assimilation and compilation of signal information, thereby enhancing situational awareness without the need to store sensitive data. As a complementary resource to other active or passive sensors, it offers a powerful and comprehensive Electronic Warfare capability in the tactical arena.
