Description
The SuperSonic Strike Missile (3SM) Tyrfing is a ship launched supersonic anti-ship and land attack missile being developed jointly between Germany and Norway. The Tyrfing missile is being developed by Kongsberg with the new weapon expected to enter service by 2035. The Tyrfing project was launched in late November 2023.
