Description
AMX-13 is a family of armored vehicles derived from AMX-13 light tank. AMX-13 light tank was equipped with a 75mm cannon fitted with an automatic loader and mounted on a tracked chassis. Based on this design France developed a broad range of vehicle for military use such as infantry fighting vehicles, self-propelled howitzers, recovery, bridge layer, etc. It entered service with the French Army in the early 1950s and was sold to many international customers.
