FH-95 (Flying Swan) Chinese Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)
FH-95

The FH-95 (Flying Swan) Chinese Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is a multi-functional UAV, which can be used for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, striking targets, electronic warfare, artillery fire correction, damage effect assessment, target laser designation, and etc. A notable feature of the FH-95 is its versatility as an electronic warfare platform, capable of carrying various payloads for reconnaissance, precision strike, and electronic jamming. This is complemented by reconnaissance methods integrating visible light, infrared, and SAR imaging, as well as the ability to carry a range of conventional weapons for specific strikes. The FH-95 drone could also serve as an early warning platform, leveraging advances in radar warning receiver (RWR) components that can be fitted onto lighter platforms. This capability is crucial for mission effectiveness in complex and remote terrains. The FH-95 is shown conducting Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD) operations. The FH-95 is also shown sensing systems data from adversarial ground stations and feeding it to friendly combat aircraft nearby. The UAV will likely act as a sensor link between manned combat aircraft and ground assets.
