YLC-15
The YLC-15 is a highly mobile S-band battlefield radar designed for short-range, low-altitude target search and indication, with an instrumented range of 20 km. It can detect hovering helicopters and low-altitude cruise missiles, facilitating target allocation for Man-Portable Air-Defense Systems (MANPADS). The system is characterized by low power consumption, high reliability with a Mean Time Between Critical Failures (MTBCF) of 500 hours and a Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) of 0.5 hours, and robust detection capabilities, including integrated electronic counter-countermeasures (ECCM). Its design allows for installation on various battlefield vehicles to perform diverse tasks.
