Description
The Falcao, Falcon in English, is a tactical unmanned air vehicle (UAV) developed by Avibras Aeroespaciale to meet the requirements of both civil and military customers. The Falcao remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) has been designed to carry out reconnaissance, target acquisition, fire control, damage assessment, land and maritime surveillance missions. As of 2018, the Falcao was under development with the Brazilian Armed Forces expected to procure the new system by 2020.
