Description
The RK-12 is a Ku-band (IEEE designation) or J-band (NATO designation) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) designed for high-resolution two-dimensional ground imaging. With an instrumented range of 8 km and a range resolution of 0.25 m, it provides all-day, all-weather, quasi-real-time high-resolution remote sensing and telemetry. The system, measuring 350mm x 180mm x 200mm and weighing 2.1 kg, requires 70 watts of power and can be mounted on various light and small unmanned rotorcraft, fixed-wing aircraft, and other flight platforms.
