Description

The Lekki Pojazd Rozpoznawczy (LPR), or Light Reconnaissance Vehicle in English, is a 4x4, high mobility, tactical vehicle designed to meet the requirements of the Polish Army. Poland placed an order for 400 LPR vehicles under a $290 million deal in August 2023. The new hull feature level 1 ballistic protection and the roof can be equipped with a turntable 7.62mm machine gun or a 40mm grenade launcher. These vehicles will be developed and produced locally in Poland by PGZ. Deliveries of the new off-road vehicle are scheduled between 2024 and 2030.
