Fath-360 (BM-120) Iranian Close-Range Ballistic Missile
Fath-360

The Fath-360 (BM-120) is an Iranian close-range ballistic missile launched from a truck-mounted Transporter Erector Launcher (TEL). It can carry multiple missiles in a compact configuration with 2, 4, or 6 launch tubes, enhancing firepower while maintaining mobility for quick repositioning after a launch. Measuring 5,175 mm in length and 368 mm in diameter, the solid-fueled Fath-360 weighs approximately 787 kg and carries a 150 kg high-explosive warhead. Its guidance system combines Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), achieving a Circular Error Probable (CEP) of around 30 meters. The missile has a range of 100 to 120 kilometers and can be launched at speeds up to Mach 4. The Fath-360's mobility allows deployment in diverse terrains, from urban areas to rugged landscapes, making it a versatile component of Iran’s tactical arsenal. Its operations are supported by a mobile command and control infrastructure with advanced communication and radar capabilities, ensuring effective coordination for precise missile strikes, even in electronic warfare environments.
