Description
The Airbus Defence and Space PZL 130 Orlik MPT is a tandem twin-seat, multi-purpose trainer aircraft equipped with a glass cockpit derived from the Polish Air Force PZL-130 Orlik TC II Garmin trainer. The Orlik features full integration of the new Integrated Avionics System (ZSA) of the glass cockpit type with other systems used in aircraft such as: backup avionics, fuselage computer management system, as well as antennas and the electrical system. The new cockpit configuration has been tested, as well as the control stick and power lever. The Orlik MPT completed its maiden flight in May 2014 and was introduced officially on October 6, 2014, at Deblin Air Base in Poland.
