The CLC-3 is a mobile, solid-state battlefield radar designed for air defense systems, featuring an advanced active phased array antenna and Doppler processing technology. It specializes in detecting and tracking low-altitude aircraft, helicopters, and slow-flying objects such as UAVs, even distinguishing hovering helicopters amidst strong clutter. With an instrumented range exceeding 80 km, the CLC-3 also functions as a low-altitude gap filler within an air defense network. It provides automatic tracking of all targets within its search volume, supplying high-quality 3D target data to connected weapon systems for designation and combat control.
