AXPD5000
The AXPD5000 is a K-band ground surveillance radar that employs frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology for 3D drone detection. It utilizes separate transmit and receive antennas, with the latter designed for digital beamforming in elevation. The antenna continuously rotates 360° in azimuth at 10 or 20 revolutions per minute, enabling the detection of mini-unmanned aerial vehicles (with a radar cross-section of 0.01 m²) at ranges up to 5 km, with a range resolution of 3.75 m and an accuracy of ± 2 m. Its integrated data processing system can simultaneously track up to 100 targets, and the system has a peak effective isotropic radiated power (EIRP) of at least 65 dBm. The AXPD5000 may share an identical construction with the TXPD5000.
