Description
The Russian Navy’s Uncrewed Patrol Boat, unofficial designation, is a new surface ship intended to detect and track underwater objects and submarines. The 500-ton class vessel is also intended to provide surface surveillance and is provided with communications equipment as well as unmanned systems. The Russian Navy may deploy the first vessel of this type in the early 2030s.
