Description
The Hwasal-1 Ra-3 is a (most likely) highly subsonic, low altitude, strategic surface-to-surface cruise missile developed by North Korea and first test fired on April 20, 2024. The missile must have a range in excess of 1,000 kilometers and is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. The missile cruising at low altitudes is intended to avoid the enemy’s air defenses.
