H125M

The Airbus Helicopters H125M, formerly known as the AS550 C3e Fennec, is a military lightweight helicopter that can be armed with 20mm cannon, machine guns, unguided rocket launchers, air-to-air missiles and anti-tank missiles assuming fire support, air-to-air combat and anti-tank missions. The H125M armed reconnaissance helicopter is powered by a Turbomeca Arriel 2D turboshaft engine which is makes the aircraft for operations in high-and-hot environments. Composite materials and low infrared reflective paint provide a reduced radar and infrared signatures thus enhancing its survivability. The single-engine, 2-ton H125M scout helicopter entered service in 2014 after the H125 (AS350 B3e Ecureuil) civilian aircraft.
