Description

The Indian Armed Forces Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Interceptor is a two-stage, solid rocket motor, missile intended to take out ballistic missiles both exo-atmospheric and endo-atmospheric as well as aircraft at long ranges. India conducted the first test of the new interceptor AD-1 on November 2, 2022.
