Note The Maham 7 is a bottom sea mine with three acoustic, subsonic and 3-axes magnetic sensors. It is used against medium tonnage ships, landing crafts and small submarines. This sea mine can be laid by surface ships, aircraft (by parachute) and helicopters. This low-weight sea mine can be applied in very shallow waters by ships. The sea mine’s body and special form can deviate sonar waves sent by minesweepers, so detection is difficult for minesweepers.
