Description
Czech Republic's Aero L-29 Delfin is a single-engine, two-seat turbojet trainer developed for the Soviet Union. Entered service in the early 1960s. It was sold as an advanced trainer to Warsaw Pact nations, except Poland, and other international customers. L-29A was a single-seat version and L-29R a dedicated ground attack variant. NATO dubbed L-29 as 'Maya'.
