Description

The Indian Armed Forces Very SHOrt Range Air Defense System (VSHORADS) is a man-portable surface-to-air missile system developed by India’s DRDO and intended to take out airborne targets flying at low altitudes. The missile is powered by dual thrust solid-fuel rocket motor and features integrated avionics. The weapon system was tested successfully for the first time in September 2022.
