Description

The Karrar-4 is a high altitude, long-endurance (HALE) unmanned air vehicle (UAV) intended to generate terrain maps for both military and civilian customers. The Islamic Republic of Iran has produced this new aircraft system under its arms development program started in 1992 as a response to the US-led arms embargo. The Karrar-4 drone was unveiled by Iran's IRNA news agency in late August 2014.
