Description
The BORSUK Polish Amphibious Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) is Poland’s new-generation, fully amphibious tracked IFV designed to replace the BWP‑1. It combines a modern unmanned turret (30 mm + Spike‑LR ATGM), NATO‑standard protection and electronics, and genuine swim capability, with large-scale fielding just starting in 2025. As of late 2025, Borsuk is transitioning from R&D to early operational fielding, with 15 serial vehicles delivered and 111 under contract, against a total requirement of over 1,300 vehicles.
