Description

The Surveyor-600 is a high speed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) designed to perform multiple missions carrying multiple payloads. It meets high demand requirements of interoperability and data gathering in highly hostile environments. Its primary missions are tactical reconnaissance and surveillance looking for hidden targets and relaying battlefield information to army commanders via a secure data link featuring a range in excess of 150 km. The Surveyor can fly at speeds ranging from 480 to 850 km/h ( Mach 0.5-0.85) during more than 3 hours. The payload can include a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), a laser designator, electro-optic sensors, electronic support measures (ESM), and Electronic Countermeasures (ECM).
