Description
The BMP B-11 is an outstanding new generation Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) based upon the Kurganets-25 tracked chassis and equipped with a 57mm 2A94 automatic cannon. The 57mm 2A94 cannon allows to inflict significative damage to any armored vehicle including heavyweight Western main battle tanks. The BMP B-11 also features a 7.62mm PKTM machine gun four Kornet-D anti-tank missiles. Besides, the new combat vehicle is equipped with the Arena-M active protection system and an 800-hp diesel engine. Russia displayed the BMP B-11 armored vehicle during the military parade in the Red Square, Moscow, in May 2025.
