The T-84 can be fitted with air conditioning and projectile muzzle velocity sensor as optional equipment. The 6TD-2 two-stroke, multi-fuel, liquid-cooled 6-cylinder diesel engine, fuel injected engine develops 1,200-hp at 2,600 rpm allowing a maximum speed on-road of 70 kph.
