Description
The CAMM(A) (Common Anti-air Modular Missile Airborne) will utilize the same airframe and technology used on the AIM-132 ASRAAM short-range air-to-air missile but introducing a series of performance improvements. The main improvement could be a longer range with the Royal Air Force (RAF) being the primary customer as replacement for the ASRAAM missile onboard Typhoon and F-35 JSF aircraft.
