ELM-2052
The Elta ELM-2052 is an X-band airborne fire control radar designed for air-to-air superiority and advanced strike missions. This radar, an upgraded version of the ELM-2032, utilizes fully solid-state active phased array technology, with its antenna configurable with 300, 500, or 1500 active Gallium-Arsenide transmit/receive modules. Weighing between 130 and 180 kg and consuming 4 to 10 kVA depending on configuration, the ELM-2052 has an instrumented range of 200 km, can detect targets at very long range, track up to 64 targets, and simultaneously engage multiple targets with missiles. It is suitable for various aircraft, including the McDonnell Douglas F-15I and Kfir C10 in the Israeli Air Force, the Russian MiG-29, the French Mirage 2000, and India's Jaguar DARIN III and LCA Tejas.
