The Project 23131 is a larger version of the Project 23130 replenishment ship being build by the Zaliv Shipyard in Crimea for the Russian Navy. These ships may feature a full load displacement of 17,000-18,000 tons and may be intended to support the Russian Navy deployments in the Mediterranean Sea. The construction of two ships started in 2014 and were not completed as of October 2023.
