Description
The Royal Malaysian Navy Littoral Mission Ship (LMS) is a new class of small surface combatant designed to perform patrol and combat tasks. These ships are modification of the Ada-class corvettes featuring a Combined Diesel and Diesel (CODAD) propulsions. Malaysia and Turkiye agreed on the construction of these ships by STM in June 2024 with the lead ship to be commissioned by 2027-2028.
