Description

The Mantis is a family of tactical armored fighting vehicles developed by Carmor Integrated Vehicle Solutions and featuring a groundbreaking design to achieve outstanding levels of protection and survivability. The Mantis has been designed as a multirole vehicle for front-line applications with outstanding lethality using medium caliber cannons. So far, Carmor has developed the following variants ranging from 3 to 10 tons: a double cabin pick-up with 5 seats (4x4), a single cabin with 3 seats (4x4) and a huge pick-up (4x4), an enclosed capsule (6x6), with 8 seats and an open buggy (4x4). The engine is placed at the rear compartment and the pickup variant can be equipped with a variety of roof-mounted weapon stations. These vehicles are provided with scalable ballistic and blast-fragmentation protection.
