Planshet-M
Planshet-M
The Planshet-M is an automated artillery command center developed to meet the requirements of the Russian Army during the Special Military Operation in Ukraine. The Planshet-M can be mounted on a single Atlet 4x4 tactical vehicle and provides command and control at the battery and battalion level. The system integrates data coming from reconnaissance drones, laser rangefinders, and automated meteorological devices. The data sharing is done with weapon systems, command centers, reconnaissance assets such as drones, and acoustic and thermal (infrared imagery) stations, and meteorological observation centers. The Planshet-M system can engage both stationary and moving targets with a circular error probable (CEP) below 10 meters. A single system can be set up in less than six minutes. The Planshet-M artillery mobile command and control system was introduced within the Russian Army in September 2023 integrated onto the Atlet 4x4 tactical vehicle. Basically, the system provides target coordinates to multiple artillery assets in near real time.
