PARS 4x4

The PARS 4x4 Turkish Amphibious Wheeled Armored Combat Vehicle (WACV) is specifically designed for specialized operational roles, encompassing advanced surveillance, anti-tank operations, and command and control capabilities. This vehicle boasts a power-to-weight ratio of 25 horsepower per ton, alongside a low silhouette and amphibious capabilities. The PARS 4x4 accommodates a crew of four and is capable of operating in deep and fast-flowing waters without any preparatory measures. Enhanced propulsion and maneuverability in aquatic environments are facilitated by twin propellers situated at the rear of the vehicle. The PARS 4x4 is proficient in navigating rugged terrain due to its low center of gravity, fully independent suspension system, ABS-assisted hydraulic disc brakes, low ground pressure, and increased angles of approach and departure. The vehicle can ascend vertical slopes of up to 70% and maintain stability on side slopes up to 40%. Furthermore, it is designed to effortlessly surmount vertical obstacles of 0.4 meters in height. The inclusion of a hydraulic recovery winch at the front of the vehicle enables effective self-recovery when required. The driver’s cabin features transparent ballistic armor, providing an expansive field of view for both the driver and the crew. The PARS 4x4 is also equipped with integrated night and day vision cameras, facilitating operations under low-light conditions, whether or not blackout lights are used. Additionally, the command and warning panels, as well as height-adjustable mine-protected seats, have been meticulously developed for the commander, driver, gunner, and dismounts. The vehicle’s ballistic hull offers substantial protection against mines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). With its exceptional payload capacity, open architectural design, and robust build, the PARS 4x4 is well-suited for a variety of missions, thereby demonstrating its versatility and operational effectiveness.
