Description
The Hyunmu-2C is a road-mobile tactical ballistic missile designed to hit targets at ranges of 800 kilometers inside North Korea's territory. The missile system features two-stage layout and a guidance system that might combine the inertial navigation system with some kind of terrain matching to engage a target with high accuracy in the terminal phase of the flight. The first test launch was expected within 2017 and the entry into service is slated for 2019 at best.
