Description
The AN/APS-141 is an airborne radar system designed for sea surface and periscope surveillance, operating in the X-band (IEEE designation) or I-band (NATO designation). It has an instrumented range of 200 nautical miles (approximately 370 km). This radar system, whose technology dates back to the early 1980s, is also known as CA/APS-504(V)3 in Canada, and a Chinese licensed replica is designated APSO-504(V)3.
