Description
The Joint Air-to-Ground Missile Medium-Range (JAGM-MR) is a new variant is fitted with a tri-mode seeker and offers a maximum range of 16 kilometers. The tri-mode seeker combing semi-active laser, millimeter wave and near infrared sensors, allows to discriminate targets. The new weapon was first test launched in December 2023 and may enter service beyond 2025.
