Description
The People's Liberation Army (PLA) FB-10 is a mobile, short-range, air defense missile weapon system developed independently by China to counter airborne threats in the close range flying at low altitudes. This air defense system along with its detection and tracking radar have been integrated onto a 6x6 wheeled truck system providing high mobility. Each FB-10 air defense system features eight ready-to-fire surface-to-air missiles (SAM). The FB-10 missile system was unveiled at the China Air Show in November 2014.
