Description
The AJX002 is a new super-heavy torpedo or unmanned underwater vehicle developed by China to hit targets at distances of up to 11,000 kilometers. The torpedo can be equipped with either a conventional or a nuclear warhead cruises at 30 knots for over 200 hours. The new weapon system was unveiled in August 2025 and has some similarities with the Russian Poseidon super torpedo.
