Description
The LRASM-B is a stealthy ship-launched supersonic variant powered by a ramjet engine to achieve supersonic cruise speed. The project seemed heading to a dead end but due to the lack of confidence on the Tomahawk cruise the US Navy expects to get the new weapon ready by 2025. The program was canceled in 2012.
