Description
The Have Rain is a 900kg anti-ship missile derived from the Popeye standoff missile. The Have Rain missile may be intended for release by P-3 Orion maritime patrol aircraft or F-16 fighter jets. The missile may have fitted with an active radar seeker to engage surface ships replacing the IIR and TV seekers traditionally employed on the Popeye family of missiles.
