Anka Turkish Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)
Anka

The Anka Turkish Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) was designed by engineers at Turkish Aerospace, with support from various domestic subcontractors. The ANKA completed its assembly and production process and was officially unveiled during a ceremony at Turkish Aerospace facilities on July 16, 2010. Shortly after leaving the hangar, ANKA's engine was successfully started, demonstrating its status as one of the leading operational systems in its category worldwide. The ANKA made its maiden flight on December 30, 2010. In October 2013, a serial production contract for ten aircraft under the ANKA-S program was signed. The efforts in the ANKA-S Project were completed successfully, leading to the system's entry into serial production. The ANKA fleets boast a high mission readiness rate and have been integrated into the inventories of various end-users, accumulating over 400,000 flight hours. Our organization, which has introduced many innovative advancements in our country, continues to operate in the UAV field across multiple regions worldwide, delivering various UAV systems to end-users as part of our international activities.
