ELI-3360

The Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) ELI-3360 is a maritime patrol aircraft (MPA) derived from the Bombardier Global 5000 business jet. Designed by IAI's Elta Group, it features a fully integrated, multi-mission state-of-the-art surveillance, reconnaissance and weapon systems. The sensor package includes the EL/M-2022 maritime patrol radar, an electro-optical sensor, the EL/L-8385 ESM/ELINT system, a comprehensive communications suite comprising radios, broadband SATCOM and data-links, and advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) and self-protection suite. The cabin is equipped with multi-purpose operator workstations and a weapon and stores management system. The weapon options include under-wing torpedoes and anti-ship missiles for anti-submarine warfare (ASW) and anti-surface warfare (ASuW). In addition the ELI-3360 is fitted with dispensable Search and Rescue (SAR) stores. This new maritime patrol aircraft was unveiled on February 9, 2015.
