Description

The Predator is a long-range, high-altitude stratospheric drone developed by Geron to meet the requirements of commercial, scientific and military operators. The aircraft can takeoff and land vertically carrying a payload of 500 kilograms over a distance of up to 12,000 kilometers. The Predator is intended to carry out some functions assigned to satellite constellations and ground-based systems such as communications relay. The Predator drone uses mono-wing (flying wing) technologies enhancing payloads, speed and stealth features. The sensor package is expected to include 3D scanning sensor and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Russia revealed the existence of the Predator drone in January 2026.
