Description
The SCR-25 (Sun Create Radar) is a Chinese Ku-band air traffic control radar designed for airport surface movement. It detects both moving and stationary targets within the active area of an airport and monitors targets in non-active areas. The radar offers high range and azimuth resolution, with an instrumented range of 5500 meters and a range resolution of 10 meters. It provides an accuracy of 7.5 meters and 0.25 degrees, with its antenna rotating at 60 rpm, and boasts a mean time between critical failures (MTBCF) exceeding 30,000 hours.
