Description

The SPIKE-ER2 is a fifth generation, extended range (ER), Electro-Optical (EO) guided missile for ground, air and maritime operations. The SPIKE-ER2 missile weighs 34 kilograms and has a maximum range of 10-16 kilometers being compatible with a variety of platforms. The weapon features high explosive anti-tank (HEAT) with penetration-blast-fragmentation (PBF) warhead. The missile can be launched in fire and forget, fire and observe and fire to target coordinates. The SPIKE-ER2 anti-tank missile system was selected by Finland in December 2022 for deployment onboard naval platforms.
