Description
The North Korea HIMARS is a new lightweight multi-purpose missile launching system capable of launching three types of ammunition 240mm guided rockets, Artificial Intelligence (AI) guided missiles and tactical ballistic missiles. The new artillery system carries 18 (9x2) 240mm rockets, 12 AI-guided missiles with an estimated range in excess of 100 kilometers or two tactical ballistic missiles. The existence of this new weapon system was revealed in May 2026.
