The M270A2 is an upgraded variant of the M270 multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) developed by Lockheed Martin and expected to enter service by 2022 within the US Army. The A2 standard features new engines, transmission, launcher-loader modules, improved armored cabs and the new common fire control system.
