Description

The 9M519 is a 122mm unguided radio-jamming rocket projectile fitted with the R-032 jammer. The jamming warhead has a maximum range of 700 meters and can remain active for 60 minutes. The radio-jamming operates in the short-waves and ultra-short waves bands for the purpose of disorganization of the hostile control systems in a tactical echelon by suppression of radio-communication lines, troops command posts and ground information processing posts. The 9M519 set comprises eight rocket projectiles with identical weigh, overall dimensions and dynamic specifications jams the radio communication facilities operating within the range of 1.5 up to 120 MHz. The rocket projectile has a maximum range of 18,500 meters operating at temperatures between -40-degree to +50-degree Celsius. The 9M519 rocket projectile was developed and produced by Splav for the Grad multiple launch rocket system.
