Description
The 34K1 Monolit is a long-range surface search radar developed for frigate class ships and capable of detecting and tracking surface ships and se-skimming anti-ship missiles. Besides, the Monolit can serve as fire control radar backup for the ship's naval artillery system. The 34K1 radar is expected to enter service with the Russian Navy Project 22350 class frigates beginning in 2018.
