Description

The Polonez, also known as A-300, is a 300mm long-range rocket artillery system developed jointly between Belarus and China in the 2010s. The artillery system uses a 8x8 truck chassis equipped with eight 300mm rockets. The basic Polonez rocket has a maximum range of 200 kilometers while the improved Polonez-M, introduced in 2019, can reach targets at 290 kilometers. The Polonez system was desployed by Belarus since 2016 and exported to Azerbaijan and then employed against Armenia during the Nagorno-Karabakh war.
