The Kamaz-53949 is a 4x4 tactical vehicle developed as part of the Typhoon-K vehicle family to serve the Russian Armed Forces both carrying personnel and equipment. The Kamaz-53949 vehicle can be equipped with a variety of weapon stations and other technical payloads. The vehicles feature both ballistic and mine protection. The Kamaz-4386, also known as the Typhoon-VDV, is a light multipurpose, air transportable, 4x4, high mobility vehicle intended for use by the Russian Airborne Forces. The vehicle can be fitted with a roof-mounted small caliber gun on a remote weapon station in dedicated variants. The Typhoon-VDV was presented at the Army exhibition in August 2017 and is expected to enter serial production for the Russian Airborne Troops in 2019. The ZA-SpN Titan is an export version unveiled in 2023.
